Team

Joel joined GRL in 2016, bringing his experience as a field engineer and geotechnical laboratory manager to the team. He received his M.S. and B.S. in Civil Engineering, with a focus in Geotechnical Engineering, from the University of North Florida. Joel is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Florida.
