Team

Joel manages the North Carolina and Georgia offices of GRL Engineers.  He joined the North Carolina office in 2017 with 7+ years of site design and structural engineering experience. He is a registered professional engineer in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. Prior to joining GRL Engineers, Joel worked as a structural engineer with Tower Engineering Professionals of Charlotte, North Carolina. He graduated from NC State University in May 2015 with his B.S. in Aerospace Engineering and graduated from the University of North Carolina Charlotte in 2023 with his M.S.
