Rory is a graduate from North Carolina State University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He brings to GRL work experience in site investigation and inspection, project management, and as a crew leader. A highly motivated young engineer, he is quickly adding foundation testing and analysis to his engineering skills. Rory is a registered professional engineer in the state of Illinois.
